Microbial diversity and physicochemical properties in farmland soils amended by effective microorganisms and fulvic acid for cropping Asian ginseng

Demand for products made from the dry mass of Asian ginseng (Panax ginseng) is growing, but harvest limited by fungal disease infection when replanted in same field. Rotated cropping with maize can cope replant limit, it may take decades. We aimed to amend post-maize-cropping farmland soils cultivating ginseng, using effective microorganisms EMs and fulvic acid (FA) additives detecting comparing their effects on soil microbial diversity physiochemical properties. Amendments promoted seedling survival depressed disease-infection. Both FA increased relative abundances Pseudomonas, Flavobacterium, Duganella, Massilia spp., but, decreased Fusarium Sistotrema. In addition, nutrient availability properties that benefitted availabilities were promoted. conclusion, amendments improved fertility soils, quality revealed relationship between
